I tried out the monster1200 last hours of darkness and it did not do what was shown on T.V. I be very disappointed. It did not verbs as easily as shown on T.V. When I put the red switch down to sanitize it would spit out the cleaning solution accompany with the steam. The steam did not second 30 minutes as advertised. I would own to refill every 5 minutes.

In supplement, I got charged $103.86 for shipping and handling which I hope will be corrected.

I considered necessary to return the item and they said I would get the money credited spinal column (less the shipping and handling and the warranty I purchased for the two Monster 1200).

Overall, the customer service is bad and the product is impossible. Did anybody had any discouraging experience with MONSTER 1200

Answers:    I enjoy used it and returned it very smartly .It did not do anything that it was suppose to do.Its a banter ! I don't know how these people bring back air time .I wrote them and told them how extremely bad their product is.I even purchased the Monster pro iron.It broke on me ,so I said I will send it wager on and get a replacement.I did and the hot one broke also.Don't purchase their products .All of their products are faulty.
