I have a kid travel system and it looks like this

It be left out on the front porch and have mold speckles on it. Tiny little dots. Not all over it though. Just contained by spots. I need to know how to capture the mold off. I hold taken it all apart. Struggeling fianancially right very soon so i need to provide it. But want to get the most out of it. HELP!!
