I personally wouldn't. The clothes feel stiff when they are dry, and bugs can be attracted tot hem if its hot eough. And also they might acquire bird poop on them.

Answers:    It's perfectly risk-free to line dry their clothes, in certainty, the clothes will stay new-looking longer and will shrink less. It is more work, however, and I can understand if you don't want to do it for that purpose. Good luck!
