Just wondering me and my husband are having an disagreement about weather it is secure to line dry our infants clothes. I don't think it is a upright idea!
If your husband is the one that's hanging them, after yes, it is safe. If it's you that has to sway them then the answer is no, it is not safe. It is 100% secure... If you tend to use bleach on your baby's clothes, to get out stains, you would be doing more harm... The sun smoothly bleaches clothes.
I personally wouldn't. The clothes feel stiff when they are dry, and bugs can be attracted tot hem if its hot eough. And also they might acquire bird poop on them. People lined-dried all their clothes, including the baby clothes, for years and years up to that time we had dryers. Of course it is safe. They will be softer if you use the soft softener in your washing piece of equipment. You will love the wonderful smell of line dried clothes.
Answers: It's perfectly risk-free to line dry their clothes, in certainty, the clothes will stay new-looking longer and will shrink less. It is more work, however, and I can understand if you don't want to do it for that purpose. Good luck!
