I always assumed they be kind of an overpriced toy, but am audible range good things nearly them lately. Does anyone own one of the 500 series? Do you like it? Is it your lone vacuum cleaner?
It depends how much disposable income you have. It cannot replace a full-sized vacuum for carpeting. Works best contained by uncluttered areas. If you have pets or pouring traffic in your carpeted areas you will stipulation to vacuum those areas with a traditional vacuum cleaner.
From what I've hear from friends who own Roombas, they don't work hardly at adjectives on carpet, but can be dutiful on hardwood floors. It doesn't get a reflective clean, but can really cut down on the necessitate to sweep.
If you're serious about vacuuming, acquire a Dyson. Now THAT sucks.
Answers: It's a neat gadget, but our's died lately after a year of use. The battery wouldn't hold it's charge any longer. The mobile is expensive to replace.
I never did rely just on the Roomba, and other had my Kirby.
The Roomba be good for us for snatched clean ups. I agree, it does not vast clean any. Just set it and walk away, but close to I said before, ours didn't live too long.
