Is within any instrument to pinch rotten cloth gum on clothes? I bought this nice jacket online but the gem stuff is falling...

I bought this nice jacket online but the gem stuff is falling past its sell-by date leaving material glue showing. Any instrument to get it bad =[

Try a product that's called "Oops". It removes paint and pin polish. You can get it at Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes and most hardware stores.
You also might try Acetone, which is within most nail polish removers. What ever you use, try it first on some place inside the jacket surrounded by case it removes the color. Good luck.
