Is at hand a passageway to remove eyeshade print? I have a head covering that looks real nice but the subsidise...

I have a head covering that looks real nice but the subsidise side of the hat have a screen print that looks similar to c.u.m.. i guess they tried to make it look approaching splattered paint but it doesnt look good surrounded by my opinion. the front side of the headdress is black. is there a passageway i can remove the print off of the head covering to make the total hat black???
