I accidently put a 100% cotton shirt in the dryer and it shrunk. Is in that a way to stretch out the yard goods or something?
Answers:    No. Sorry.
In most cases No, but you might be able to restore it to a somewhat bigger size but not the size you want it to be, next to one cup of White Vinegar to a sink full of warm marine, not hot water, soak for several hours after remove and stretch out as far as you can, then put within dryer on low or delicate cycle single for less time than you usually dry shirt afterwards hang over shower door or within room where it is heat to dry in allow shirt to dry this should retain it's shape and size Good Luck !
