I know, that should probably be "men's guide to laundry" ;-)
I wash my clothes at 40-50c and try to swing them properly but everything I own seems to be creased, wash out, shrunk or stretched, and I've given up using the iron because it just seem to make the creases durable. Isn't there a simple guide to laundry somewhere?
You are not paying attention to the wash instructions on your garments.

For instance, rayon gets wash on gentle cycle surrounded by cold water, beside gentle plant base detergent and NO bleach of any kind. I don't assistance if it says adjectives fabric bleach, don't use it on rayon or synthetics.

Colored garments take washed surrounded by cold water solitary..

Wash garments of similar fabric, color and type together. Don't mix material types.

You can probably find help near this at the book store.

An iron is supposed to make consistent creases permanent. What did you expect it to do???

And second but not least, don't overload the washer. A lot of empire tend to do this for reasons I can't appreciate
