Try wipe them with rubbing alchohol, ammonia or vinegar. Try a liquid soap beside water. Rinse really well.
Use a lens cleaner (can purchase from walmart or your optician) and a soft lint free cloth...
If you wear your glasses while using hairspray, or they are in the bathroom, while you use hairspray, the spray can and will result in a film on your glasses... if that's the shield, you may want to avoid having your glasses surrounded by the open air during spraying of spine spray... Then you wont have to clean them moderately so much or at least not work as hard don it trying to take off the film...
