Answers:    Have you tried stain remover that you would use in a saloon...like "Tuff Stuff" and what not?

If they've set within, you may have to catch a hot-shampooer...like rent a Rug Doctor from a local store.

Worst scenario is hire a business to come within and clean it professionally.

*update* I found some hints.

In every satchel remove all excess raining or dry material formerly attempting to clean. Blot raining materials using a white terry towel (check helpful hints for a detailed description of blotting). Vacuum excess dry materials or kind-heartedly scrape up materials beside a spoon.

Mix 1/2 tsp. of dish washing soap or fine material detergent into 1 (8 oz.)cup of warm hose.

Apply a small amount, blot or tamp and repeat until the stain is removed. Be patient. Complete removal may reqiure repeating like peas in a pod step several times. Tamp down on the carpet, do not scrub as this may disort the texture of the pile.

Cover the stain near the towel and press down repeatedly to absorb the stain matter and detergent.

Once the stain is completely removed, rinse the area beside cold water; blot near a dry white terry towel until all moisture is removed. Repeat this process several times to remove cleaning solution residue. (Residue can attract soils).

If the spot or stain turns brownish when dry, mix 1 bit white vinegar and two parts water. Apply a small amount and blot. Repeat merely once.

Precautions:
Never use a stronger concentration than is recommended. Never laundry detergent or automatic dish washing detergents because they may verbs or dye some fibers. If the soil is in the underlie a professional should be called so the mat can be correctly disinfected
Try GOOP or other hand cleaners for mechanics. It is incredible what GOOP will remove from clothes or carpet next to out damaging it. Put it on dry hearth rug let it sit and next put on more let sit for several hours or overnight and later use water to remove. Might try WD 40 or dry cleaner solvent (you can buy it at Lowes by paint thinners, in recent times read labels) Can't ruin it anymore that it already is!
