Answers:    I think the mattress wipe cover is a mute point. You probably purchased a fiberbed or featherbed with a top and a bottom... one side is softer/smoother. If you have need of a pad (are you messy? do you spill within bed?) then you might want to look for the variety that are flat, not like the fitted sheets.

Well, we no longer use a mattress wad because we discovered it squished the feathers down so it wasn't very puffy at adjectives. We had the open-handed that was a fitted sheet.
