It is just around the edges, and yes we I own 2 huge de-humidifiers running down there constantly. I basically tried bleach and hot water, but it doesn't seem to be to remove it all. Any solutions?

Answers:    mix bleach and dampen let it sit for around 30 second then scrub and wipe sour. If it remains repeat and let sit longer. This is what is used to power purify houses to get the mildew stale, bleach and water.
