Hello. I have this tanning stool like sward chair i.e. stained. It has green stains adjectives over it. Its supposed to be white and I was wonder how to verbs this? I have so far tried Mean Green on it beside a hard bristle scrub brush. consequently I tried plain ol dishwashing liquid. It cleaned it some but the stains are still distinct. Any ideas?
Answers: The green stains are probably mold or mildew of some sort. Try power wash it. If you don't have one, possibly a friend or relative will let you borrow theirs.
Hmmmm - some cleaning agents will ruin it over time, so be wary. I would try some baking soda with a moment or two water to form a mash. You can try bleach, but the plastic may discolor over time afterwards. You can also try Oxy-Clean style cleansers - but, again, it may deteriorate later.
I would try the baking soda, later clean it rotten and try some vinegar - if neither one of those works, try the Oxy-Clean style product.
