Try using Mr Clean tricks eraser. It works really good on scuffs, and dirty grades.

Soapy water and bleach.use those sponges by Mr. Clean.
They work wonders especially on scuffs. Let some bleach set on it for a minute or so the rinse and wipe. That should do the trick.
