I made a huge mess with a gigi home wax kit and theres wax adjectives over the machine, wood cabinet, boxes, and bags. I be able to sue mayo to remove wax from my skin and from the rug but will ti also work on those toher surfaces?? I don't wnat to buy special wax remover either since it would be extremely difficult for me to attain to a place to find it. Please tell me if mayo will work or if any other household objects would.

Try using a blow dryer to soften the wax and then you can scratch it up.
