i found one of my jeans hidden on a trunk but i realize it has blood stain (mentrual blood stain) so yeah will i grasp any chance of getting rid of it?

Salt and water.
Rub rub rub.
Fill a base or sink with a little spicy water.
Then soak the material contained by it for a few minutes.
Add more salt directly to the stain and rub it in next to an old reg.
Rinse out all the saline and then bung the jeans in the wash machine.
Answers: Try using some of those Tide pens. If it doesn't work bring it to a local cleaners to hold it removed. If the cleaners can't do it, then you should buy a blue sharpie and color the blood. Oh yea, try dabbing some coke on it. I haven't tried it but relatives have said it worked. It's worth a shot right?
