Hello, I recently moved into a unmarked house with textured cup bathroom window pane that are coated in a dull steam, most probably due to age. The windows could be anywhere from 20-50 years aged.

Wiping them with windex restores the transparency of the chalice, but as soon as the liquid evaporates it reverts to its imaginative transmittance characteristics.

Is there any instrument I can polish them back to clarity again? The textured surfaces already provide plenty of obscurity.
