I had this silly putty on my desk and i didn't know that it have fallen stale until like 2 years latter. How do i remove the stain?

Use silly soap.

No really, cover it with a closure lock bag of rime cubes for twenty minutes or so and it will freeze. Then it will be easy to pick it up.

You may own to refreeze it several times.
