Please tell me how to clean tee shirts properly within a washing domestic device because whenever they come out they always shrink markedly much and almost always mostly my black nouns shirts come out hard and quality very rough and discomfited to wear.
How do i prevent these two things from happening?

shirts will start to feel rough after you've worn them and wash them alot (i'm in the mil, the shirts that step under my ODU's carry worn out really fast) or if you aren't using fabric softener within the washer.
