How to plan a flat cleaning rota and kitty? I flatshare with 2 other ancestors, we really need to set...

I flatshare with 2 other ancestors, we really need to set up a cleaning rota as at the moment not even the bare bones are getting done.

I also want to put a kitty in place. We are adjectives very busy so not within the flat together much
What is the best way of working this ?

Answers:    I would start by making a record of the chores that need to be done, and breaking it down by whether it wishes to be done daily, weekly, every other week, or monthly. Then you can break the chores up into groups, so everybody have an equal share. They should be rotated, probably once a week, unless somebody really likes a individual chore and wants to other do it. Make a chore chart out on a large piece of quality newspaper and put it in a prominent place, so everyone can see what they are responsible for.

I haven't have good luck next to kitties, it seem that someone always get cheated by someone else.

I would start by "you dirty it, you clean it".. afterwards have similar to a week, where one character does the floors, one does the bathrooms, one does dusting or something like that and save the list somewhere where on earth everyone can see it.
