Answers:    Turn it inside out and wash within a cold wash/cold rinse cycle on the gentle setting near detergent and fabric softener (no bleach or no bleach additives within detergent). Do not put it in the dryer! Reshape it (collar included) while it is still drizzling and let it dry on a flat surface. I sometimes suspend my husband's shirts on a doorknob to air-dry and it doesn't ever seem to mess up the collar.
