A neighbor is moving and has given me a exceptionally nice area rug. I really love the design of it! However, she have a indoor dog and personally I want it to be cleaned as thoroughly as possible. How do you verbs an area rug approaching that? Do you use a steam cleaner, or do you just bear it outside and hose it down with some strong soap? Not sure what to do! I also thought of asking a dry cleaner if they hold options for have it professionally done only verbs that it would be really expensive that way?! Any suggestion? I really don't want to toss out such a nice carpet!
Answers: if you enjoy a carpet steamer, you can do it yourself
Area rugs should be professionally cleaned. Do not hold the chance of doing it yourself. They are not that expensive to enjoy cleaned.
