We have a fundamentally large nouns rug that is made from a hearth rug remnant. It is on our hardwood floor. It desperately needs to be cleaned and to some extent than hiring someone to do it, I was wondering if we could do it ourselves. I'm assuming that steaming it while it's on the hardwood is a discouraging idea. We live contained by MN and it is getting pretty cold outside, so that is not an leeway.
