How long to hold on to greeting cards? i have stacks of greeting cards hanging around and im trying to...
i have stacks of greeting cards hanging around and im trying to verbs out. does anyone keep them like i do or do you throw them out? what should I do next to them?
I recycle mine to planet ark they usually have rcycle bins at supermarkets around xmas time. I keep them if at hand from someone specal or mean something to me but I try to be selctive so i dont end up beside to many
I keep adjectives of them for the year. At the end of the year (before Christmas), I weed out the special ones (ie, from my great grandmother, husband, children.. etc) and keep them... With the rest of them, I discard the piece with the writing on it and donate the covers to a local children's hospital. The hospital uses them for children's crafts that get sent to our servicemen overseas during the holidays. I throw them out unless they be sent during a very special time like first anniversity or the year something vastly special happened with this individual.
Answers: I generaly keep the cards that mean something to me. I largely keep/kept all the cards my grandmothers sent me. I put them in a box near all the cards I send out. So I see them every time I dispatch out a card.
You can tear off the part of a set with the writing on it and give the rest next to the picture to an organization that helps disabled populace to use to make arts and crafts.
