If I'm putting clothes into long-term storage but not completely sealed, how regularly do I have to replace my moth ball?
Answers: Moth balls become smaller the longer they are exposed to the atmosphere. I have have some last over a year. Put your sweaters surrounded by a plastic bag and throw a handful contained by and seal it up and store it away. This is the time to look for any sign of infestation. The moths own already layed their eggs which are in the larval stage right presently and eating anything wool or part of the pack wool. I can't say for sure if moth ball actually put to death the larva or deter the moths from laying eggs. Take a look at a box and see what it say.
