I have white tricky water stains around the faucet, even though it's be sealed (apparently not very well enough). My granite cleaner won't remove the stains, and all the CLR/Lime-Away type products state they are not to be used on granite. What else can I do?
Answers:    Vinegar will not injure your granite but it will remove the sealer that protects it. You can use it, but just remember to re-seal the granite afterward. I would first try TSP (tri-sodium phosphate) from the hardware store. Phosphate will break up knotty water stains lacking damaging the granite.

Good Luck!!
try using a blend of baking soda and water on a sponge and scrub the deposits away. You could also try spraying white vinegar on to the deposit and consent to it sit for a few minutes. Test both of these in an inconspicuous nouns or a scrap since using.
