Mold lives from moisture and bacteria and murk.
Put the uniform where it is dry and exposed to restrained, near a glass or outside on a nice day and the mold will die.

If it's not too bad...
Pore a partially cup liquid detergent contained by a cup add a moment or two bleach and mix together... then rub some directly on the mold and loaf a few mins to see if it disapears. If not rub a bit more.
I don't know how deep the mold have set in. But you should know how to rub the mixture in minus damage. That is the solitary way to seize mold out. Let it set for 5 mins then clear up.
