I have an elder Kirby vacuum cleaner (upright with bag). When I own had dogs since I own owned the vacuum. When I use the vacuum it puts out a strong smell into the air of a dog that requirements a bath. (I used a shop vac on one and the same floor and didn't get any smell. So it's not the rug, it's the vacuum). Anyone know how to remove the smell?
Answers: Sprinkle some runner fresh on the carpet once surrounded by awhile and vacuum it up. Start with a verbs bag.:)
Perhaps put a textile softener sheet, such as Bounce, in the backpack?
