Answers: If it's ball point ink, rubbing alcohol would do the trick short damaging the material. The smell should evaporate when it drys. I'd use some on a cotton ball to sympathetically rub it out. If it's time for a professional cleaning, they'd be able to embezzle it out.
If it is dry clean single.. DO NOT TOUCH IT!!!!
Take it ASAP to a dry cleaner. They have specific technique and products to remove ink.
I once had a pen break on my suede jacket which be dry clean lone. I took it to them the same hours of daylight and 100% of it was removed.
The sooner you lift it in.. the better the result within taking it out.
