Answers: Use laundry soap or woolite and simply wash by foot.
I wask all my panties contained by the sink b/c its more gentle. you only wash them beside regular detergent but like use your hand to was them afterwards i let them soak for an hour or so afterwards rinse then through and suspend them to dry ;-D
