Answers: An ammonia based window cleaner similar to Windex should do it. If not, you'll have to use a product like Goo Gone that have a mineral spirit base.
Try using white vinegar and very hot river, spray the vinegar on the glass rinse with hot marine, then wipe clean. You may want to repeat this a couple of times. Pine sol have an oil in it, that's why its a bit more difficult to remove.
