Answers: first try the vinegar and lemons. I use vinegar for cleaning and it's wonderful, wouldn't go fund to other cleaning products. It also disinfects. baking soda can and will eat at the grout - contained by your case, it's handy if the vinegar doesn't oblige. If you scrub with a toothbrush, baking soda, and vinegar, it will drink away at the grout and also whiten it. This should take fastidiousness of the smell for the longterm. Then you'll want to seal it. In reality, after you get the smell out, stamp the whole entry - then subsequent time when it happens (and if it's a pet, in attendance probably is a next time), you can only spot-clean it.
Redo all tile and bring back rid of all dogs and cats.
