How do you get rid of that musty crypt smell off of items you can't swab in a contrivance and off different surfaces.? example: vhs tape, toys, electronics, wood ect.
Answers: Toys can be washed. The musty smell is mostly from moisture. Place the items surrounded by a well ventilate dry area and enjoy a fan blowing on them. Once they find thoroughly dried, the musty smell should go away. If not, nearby is always lysol.
Use a mild solution of bleach to wipe everything down. Perhaps an eighth cup of bleach to a gallon of wet.
