Answers: I mix an ounce of bleach into a gallon of water and afterwards wipe the inside and outside of the playpen down. I let it dry, later I wipe it down inside and out with an oz. of dish soap to a gallon of sea.
Clean, disinfected - and safe.
Obviously you don't want to use biting cleaners. I suggest putting a cup of white vinegar in a spray bottle and saturate the rest with hose. For stubborn stains apply straight vinegar.:) You could also make a baking soda fasten.
