scrub and verbs the floor the best you can then profess with clean liquid wax. since it's behind the times, just breed sure it's clean and shiny...

If this is Parrafin Wax then it will smoothly dissolve in Petrol Or Benzene( kerosene).
Take little petrol contained by a cloth & wipe off the wax ,.... if the covering is thick consequently you may have to pour petrol on the wax contained by order to dissolve it ... try this but be carefull of petrol !!! bar it with keeping.. as it is a highly flammable chemicle.

Answers: Theres a product call Rejuvenate...At one time you could only gain it on the infomercials....now I believe you can carry in surrounded by Home Depot. I have it....It's 2 different steps one cleans and take off feeble dirt and build up and the other restores the finish. I used this on my wood floors too, because I wanted to hold stale on having them professionally redo. It's good for adjectives types of flooring.
