Honey, your room isn't going to clean itself.
But if you're worried about cockroaches- and I can see why you would be- Put on a twosome of gloves, and go in beside a garbage bag to go and get all the garbage out- including what's underneath your furniture. And yes, while I generally don't like this model, take a can of Raid with you to execute the bugs.
After that, get all your dirty clothes contained by the laundry hamper, or even start a load of laundry if you know how.
Then take a bucket of cleaning solution and a cleaning rag, and go contained by and wipe everything down. Again, don't forget to move the furniture if you can and wipe the baseboards.
After that, change your sheets and make your bed up, next vacuum your room.
The next day, if you can, shampoo your hearth rug.
After you have your room all shiny again, remember to put your dirty clothes surrounded by the hamper, the garbage contained by the garbage can, and your things back where on earth they belong once you're done using them. You'll find it's a LOT easier than going through that entire routine again.
