We recently put a second story on our home next to new wicker floors upstairs. Once the construction was done we refinished adjectives of the oak floors downstairs, but in the process of refinishing some of the grease or polyeurathane got onto our brand new bamboo floors. I cannot achieve rid of the footprint marks. Any thinking would be appreciated.
Answers:    Try using some MEK on a soft rag and slowly rub the foot splotch areas. Methyl Ethyl Ketone is sold at paint stores. Lot's of vapors when using so open the window. I have gotten philosophical wood stains out using MEK before, especially when using wood stains and the material's finish is to muddy. It will remove Polyurethane pretty quickly.
