I have never have anyone clean my home until that time and Im looking for someone to do it every few weeks or so. Do you check references when it's a company and not simply an individual? Do you give them a push button? Not sure where to start and dont want to come home after work to find my apartment cleaned out!
Answers: You can use Craigslist or a maid service company. Most maids are not at adjectives interested in stealing from you. They simply want to work, like you do. Check reference and use your basic instinct going on for a person. If they do not seem to be honest or hardworking or real to you, relay them you will get wager on to them and interview someone else. If a company, they do back ground checks, but that still does not close-fisted that they might not steal from you. It has happen. Again, most of the time people do not want to do that. You turn your knob over to the company if you plan on being gone. If you aspiration to hire an individual, see how it goes for couple of months formerly you trust them with a push button. A company will charge about $80 per hour and a private maid will, as expected, charge less. Yes, you can check reference for companies, too.
To be perfectly frank, in attendance is no licensing for maid's work; they may enjoy a business license, but there is no board for maids and housekeepers. They may have liability insurance, but adjectives that means is that they will enjoy money to cover something if it gets broken.
Most inhabitants have a couple back they finally find someone they really like. Be at home the first time they verbs and see what you think. Be honest and full-size about things; I suggest you will find someone trustworthy and a good worker if you choose vigilantly. You might ask around for someone who has household give support to and see if they can recommend someone, too.
Here is an example of complaints: Just click on the name of the company.

I know in the order of maidservice because I used to work for one of the several companies available. Not one person be accused of stealing while I be there. However, I did hear of one maid who have been dismissed roughly three years before I get there; the company fired her and lately replaced the item that was deem "stolen". No one was taken to court because it be too hard to prove that she did within fact appropriate anything; but it was the second time it have happened about the same hand. Hmmmm.
But private maids can also have liability insurance.
You can look at licensed cleaning companies contained by your local phone book, or online. Besides, craigslist is a good place to look into for domestic helper. You do not have to provide your key to the being if you do not want to, as long as you will be home when they come you can open the door for them.
