I have 2 pairs of dress pant that are damaged by insects. The cloth is "worsted wool." I took them to my dry cleaner, but they didn't know how to repair these. How can I save them?

Answers:    use iron on patch; match color and textile as close as you can, then cut the patch to size of hole plus 1/2 inch wider for patch to mash on to material from the reverse side of pant when iron on to pants.
