I spilled some bleach on my favorite shirt. Now it has three small spots next to no color. I've tried felt pen and Ritt clothing dye, but they only wash out.

Answers:    You right to be heard you've tried a felt pen? How just about a permanent float? Or depending on what type of fabric it is and where on earth the spots are, you might want to go to your local craft store and buy some cloth paint. It's washable and you should be able to clash the color pretty well. If they don't own exactly what you're looking for, you could always try combining a couple to seize a better match.
