Answers:    Depending on what the counter top is, you might be able to scrub it out near Comet. Or...well, this works on wet rings on a table...try plain white toothpaste. Rub it in, consequently wipe it off. Couldn't hurt.

There are one and only a couple kinds of countertops that you can remove a burn fleck, like Corian. I deliberate it's there for suitable.
