I sleep with a red blanket and it necessarily shreds onto tiny red pieces of lint throught my clothes and my hair. Is in that anyway to wash it, so that it does not spread?

Answers:    You can buy a battery-operated lint shaver, or simply nick an inexpenvise disposable razor (single blade) and humanely stroke the blanket... you will see huge mats of lint coming rotten! There's also something called a sweater stone, which is roughly a block of pumice, that is pretty successful, but tends to vacate behind little black crumbles.
