Answers:    Try Dawn diswashing solution. Rub it in well next to your fingers and add a little marine and rub some more. Hopefully this will do the job but after you wash it tolerate it air day and consequently check for spots and don't put it in the dryer. If the spots are still there repeat the process.

I second the dish soap but put some on the spot after soak the garment in a bucket of water and dish soap overnight. The subsequent day wash near an extra rinse. This usually gets it out the first time, rather than have the do the guess and check.
