I bought these two pairs of Keds and they're both canvas (I think) and attractive :) I'm wondering how to keep them verbs or to clean them. Can I only just throw them in the washer or what, will that loosen the gum or something?

Answers:    I can remember when Keds were completely washable. I can't see why things would be any different today.
Can I mop up these within the wash...
Throw them contained by the washer even the dryer.
