How can I formulate my own laundry soap? I am out of laundry soap, and have researched on the lattice...

I am out of laundry soap, and have researched on the lattice how to make my own...adjectives the "recipies" pretty much call for like peas in a pod things...however I do not have Borax or wash soda and I don't have any money to buy that stuff or I would freshly buy laundry detergent. I do have within the house, bars of soap, lever 2000, baking soda and vinegar, which I enjoy used as laundry boosters before, does anyone own a solution to my problem? I have 6 those in my house, and the laundry is piling up! PLEASE HELP!
