Answers: If there is a cover over the actual bean rucksack, you should be able to unzip it and swab just the cover. If here isn't a cover, you might want to try putting the bean bag inside a mesh pod like those designed for easily upset clothing and washing it. The mesh wants to be small in baggage the bean bag open and the beans spill out. You could also try washing them inside an older pillow case and knot the case (or rubberbanding it closed)so any spilled beans don't ruin your piece of equipment.
