Housekeeper totally abused our relationship... HELP.? I work from home so I'm usually here when our housekeeper (HK)...

I work from home so I'm usually here when our housekeeper (HK) is here. Last Thur, I had to run an errand which have me out of my home for about an hour. Prior to my disappearing, my HK actually asked if it would be okay if she have a "drink". It sort of struck me odd that she would whip a drink on the job approaching that but in truth, I really didn't effort... She was truly helping me pack up a closet (we are moving) so I figured "What the heck.. everyone like a drink when they are moving." So I said, sure go ahead. Well when I returned, she be stone cold passed out on my sofa. Now remember I was solely gone an hour so when I later found out that she have consumed well over 2 pints of rum (approx) during that hour and newly laid out in my living room, in good health, I was rather pissed - I felt she totally violated what she asked - she asked if she could hold a "drink"... not "can I totally party at your house this afternoon?". Well, it took me 4 hours to procure her to "her senses." cont...
Answers:    Set rules when she shows up:
1. No drinking in your house. The previous episode be unacceptable and will not be tolerated again.

2. She cleans up the mess she made and disappeared and replaces the rug that she ruined. You agreed that she could have a drink, so don't enjoy her replace the rum (this just reinforces the model that you have alcohol contained by the house). Chalk that one up to your mistake and you replace it if you want it. I would lock it up though.

3. No if, ands, or buts. What you say go and if she has a problem, she's gone. You are giving her a second unpredictability, but it will be kept on professional terms.

4. Suggest that she procure counseling. You will not recommend her to other people unless she straightens up her work.
