My uncles ex claimed that washing and rinsing dishes contained by cold water kill all of the germs and was better for sanitize. That goes against everything I ever learned- and I enjoy always thought hot sea was the best for this! Which one of us is right?

That's goofy to mull over cold water would verbs dishes better. Not to mention it wouldn't get the grease past its sell-by date.
