Answers: Try pouring bleach (if you can) on the mold, bleach kills anything. If you can't use something close to oxyclean, you need something that will shoot the mold. If you don't have any of that try vinegar. Then bathe the cover again with tot detergent so that the bleach, oxyclean or whatever you've used doesn't damage the baby's skin. Hope that helps
