HELP!!Which Vaccum Cleaner do you recommend? (UK Models)? This is a serious question, I am looking to buy a hoover...

This is a serious question, I am looking to buy a hoover but enjoy no idea which one to budge for, only have need of upright regular not floor washer, which one do you hold or reccomend?
Cleaning out the fridge?
Answers:    I tried the dyson and hated it - its robust and cumbersome and doesn't fit under chairs etc.

My predilection is a Panasonic upright - I've have several over the years and always dance back to it as I estimate its the best. Cleans right up to the edge, is lightweight and fits below chairs etc. the bag is unforced to replace and the machine costs a third of the price of a Dyson.

My trusty Panasonic have seen us through several house renovations and coped beside all the dust and mess minus ever breaking down. So as far as I'm concerned its a clear winner.

And no, I don't work for Panasonic!

dyson.. they are expensive but they second and they are really powerfull
